The mission is to strengthen livelihoods and food and nutrition security by improving fisheries and aquaculture. We pursue this through research partnerships focused on helping those who stand to benefit the most—poor producers and consumers, women, and children. BVT was founded in 2019 as a proprietorship. Before that, BVT worked as partners with a popular aquaculture brand founded in 1992, which is known for mineral mixtures and probiotic supplements. Currently, BVT is a new establishment with brand new products and services. BVT has its own production and R&D unit to produce *high-quality products. BVT is currently researching plant growth enhancers for home gardens.
